1946 SONORA RCU-208  AM
 
Sonora Radio's slogan  was "clear as a bell".
And yes, they where right :  This little radio really sounds great ! 
Above and on the middle of the dial you can find the bell.
 
(The nearly same styled bell as used on  the Belgium radio company : Radio Bell.)
 
In my opinion,  this is a very  very beautiful shaped radio!
I have restored the cabinet and made a new back panel .  
The original panel was broken badly and could not be fixed. 
All capacitors I have restored. (Old jackets with new capacitors inside)
Maurice Hamm  finally has solved  a nasty technical problem ,that 
I could not trace .   It's working 100% now.

of your finger or a piece of cloth.
